Potspoon! Making an Emerging Cage

>> Monday, October 27, 2008

This is a quasi-instructional video teaching you how to make a simple "pupa box" using a shoebox, paper towels, glue, and pupae of course! In this episode I am hanging glorious monarch butterfly chrysalis. Make your own and save some butterflies!

Dear Mimi,
I love your instructional videos!
I would make an emerging box if I had pupae to help out. You have so many to help out! WOW!! I hope you make a video when the butterflies emerge. I love watching the butterflies and you.
You are my favorite Butterfly Island girl.
Hugs,
Sherry

@ Sherry... you have so many caterpillars that you keep safe already that I am SURE you have tons of pupae. You are lucky to have so many already. I have to work hard to get some! :D

Hola! I am not very good at following instructions, in fact I avoid them at all costs BUT you do a great job. I am not sure pupae need my help, but I'll have to investigate.
